Description
- Coaches must be aware of their school coaching handbook (if available) and coaching code of behaviour where applicable.
- It is the responsibility of coaches to instruct their players to participate in a safe and fair manner according to the rules of the game.
- The school division, in consultation with the athletic association, is responsible for determining appropriate supervision before, during, and after interscholatic training and competition. This should include supervision of the athletes, coaches, and spectators.
- Officials must be treated with respect and their decisions may only be questioned through proper procedures.
